HUMAN MUSCULAR SYSTEM

 The human muscular system is an incredibly complex and intricate network of muscles that allows the body to move, maintain posture, and produce force. Training and Maintaining the Muscular System:

Strength training exercises, such as weight lifting and resistance training, can increase muscle mass and strength. Endurance exercises, such as running and cycling, can improve cardiovascular health and endurance.

Injuries and Disorders of the Muscular System:
